Morning GED Classes at Howard Community Center
GED classes prepare students for all GED tests (Social Studies, Language Arts, Science and Math).
GED classes are offered IN PERSON or ONLINE.

How do I register for AM GED Class?
Registration appointments are on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 9:30 and 10:00.
We can accommodate walk-in registrants on those days as well. Students can walk in between 9-10:30AM.
All appointments are IN PERSON at Howard and Evanston Community Center.
In order to register, students must fill out an intake form, e-communications agreement, student agreement, media consent form, and sign an HSE release form. Potential students will then take a reading and math test to be placed into class.
If the student is attending class online, they will need to attend orientation.
Orientations will be held in person on Fridays from 9:30AM-10:30AM. Students will need to attend before starting online class. In orientation they will go over their schedules, how to log onto class, and classroom expectations.
*Due to demand, we can only accommodate students who can commit to coming to class at least two days a week*
